All are welcome and it is really fun getting your art going in miniature. (Playing card size). We would love to have some new members—think about this once a month fun, card-swapping event. Last month Jessica Hollowell took over from Kristy Williams due to her work schedule. The ATC swap is a lot of fun. We are looking for new members--please come and join us. Kristy Williams still comes, but due to her work schedule can't come all the time so we are pleased that Jessica loves ATCs and agreed to come share her talents.

Since Wednesday, February 18 is my oldest son's birthday, we are going to celebrate!
If you come in the shop Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and mention Eric's name you will get a 20% discount on your purchases. This is good for one time during those three days. Remember you need his name ERIC to get the discount.

Sunday, Feb. 15: Triptych Book, Kelly Kilmer, 12:30-4:30, $65. This class was a HUGE success at Artfest 2001 and across the U.S. It's one of my favorite book forms. I'm bringing it back and revising it-updating it! A very unique book that lends itself to a variety of different styles. Please bring favorite scraps of ephemera (old letters, journal pages, collaged tags, etc…) You will construct a three panel book from scratch that can be used as a journal, story album, photo album, memorabilia book and more! Learn unusual ways of incorporating favorite imagery and collage ephemera into the design of the book. Walk away with your own personal journal with your head spinning with ideas! Supply List: Scissors, small selection of favorite collage ephemera, bone folder, cork back metal ruler, roll of waxed paper, roll of paper towels, container to hold water, 3 1" brushes to glue and paint (I like chip or bristle brushes), permanent black inkpad.
