Saturday, Oct. 1 - The Ghoulfriends - a Halloween Journal with Tags with Linda Forrest from 10:30 - 4:30. Cost is $55.00. In this workshop we'll first assemble a book with sewn pages.  These pages will allow you to record your Halloween memories and thoughts at a later time.  Black lace pockets will hold an array of decorative 8 x 4 Tag Ladies.  You can journal even further on the backs of these tags or leave them as is. Suppl list: bone folder, an awl, a pair of sharp scissors for any necessary trimming, a glue stick and a snack or lunch for an energy boost.

Sunday, Oct. 2 - Holiday Cards- Lori Lai from 12:15 - 4:15. Cost is $50.00. There will be other option. Supplies List: regular tape, personal paper trimmer, small "x"- xyron sticker maker (if you own one), paper piercer, foam mounting tape, double sided tape, bone folder, pencil/eraser, scissors, adhesive tape runner (such as Mono adhesive) or any other Basic Stamping Kit.

Thursday, Sept. 29 - Art from the Heart Club from 6:30 to 8:30. We are going to try something new so come on in and bring your stamping kit with you. If you like to make cards we will do that, if you like ATC's we will do that also. Come on in and let's have some fun.

Friday, Sept. 30 - Content: The Artist’s Life with Kelly Kilmer from 11:30 - 3:30. Cost is $70. Create a uniquely stitched tape covered, content filled journal using my favorite cardstock, paper ephemera, a plethora of deco tape, needle and thread. I quickly fell in love with this journal and carried it with me everywhere last summer as it is small enough for every day, on the go use. I loved how I could slip it in a Ziploc bag with a glue stick, some collage ephemera and a handful of pens. I worked on it every day, everywhere. You will learn how to blend and layer colorful ephemera and that leaving a little white space is good! This journal is definitely one of my most favorite books that I have ever worked in. I loved learning how to work with the open spaces on the pages, using pens, stencils, stickers and more. I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with you! I guarantee you will love this journal as much as I did! Supply list: Scissors, small selection of favorite collage ephemera, bone folder, cork back metal ruler, roll of waxed paper, roll of paper towels, permanent black inkpad, container to hold water, 1" brush to glue (I like chip or bristle brushes), a few of your favorite glue sticks.

Sunday, Oct. 16 - Serenity Pages with Killy Kilmer from 12:30 - 4:30. Cost is $70.00. In this workshop you will construct a unique journal. You will “paint” with paper learning composition and design techniques as you create your pages. Learn how to combine a variety of mixed media including paper, tape, transparencies, stickers, stencils and much more. You will learn tons of new mixed media tips, tricks and techniques as you work hands creating your own Serenity Pages.

Friday, Oct. 21 - La Petite Muse with Kelly Kilmer from 11:30 - 3:30. Cost is $70.00. With your own hands and in your own style, construct a small, personal journal completely from scratch. You’ll start by choosing your own handmade and decorative paper to use as the cover and as the inside pages! Create your own unique book sewn by your own hands. After constructing the book, you will then learn a multitude of new collage techniques for working on the pages. This was one of my favorite journals to work in and I hope it will become one of yours! We will be learning several techniques using multiple types of ink. This can get a little messy so you may want to bring an apron.  This is one you won't want to mess. We will be embossing using a Big Shot project will vary from those on sample. You will complete multiple cards. Each student will receive a free stencil with the class.
