Friday, Dec. 10 - Made by Hand: The Fundamentals of Collage with Kelly Kilmer from 11:30 - 3:30. Cost is $70.00. In this two hour workshop, you will learn some of my favorite quick and easy compositio
n and design techniques. Learn how to bring together background papers and focal images in various ways, creating unique and expressive pages. These are fundamental techniques that can be applied to a multitude of media. Please bring your journal to class if you have one, or the instructor will be supplying paper for you to work on. Supply list: journal (see above) Scissors, small selection of favorite collage ephemera, bone folder, cork back metal ruler, roll of waxed paper, roll of paper towels, permanent black inkpad, container to hold water, 3 1" brushes to glue and paint (I like chip or bristle brushes) OR a few of your favorite glue sticks.Friday, Dec. 10 - Make It & Take It with Gayle Smith from 6:30 to 8:30. Cost is $5.00 each project. Come on in and join us and you'll have fun.
Saturday, Dec. 11 - TBA - Lori Lai from 10:30 - 2:30. Cost is $50.00. Supplies List: small "x"- xyron sticker maker (if you own one), paper piercer, foam mounting tape, double sided tape, bone folder, pencil/eraser, scissors, adhesive tape runner (such as Mono adhesive), water brush or any other Basic Supplies Kit.
Sunday, Dec. 12 - Hero Art Preview with Donna Heckenlaible. The demo will go from 12:00-1:30 and party is from 12-4. Donna Heckenlaible will be doing some demonstrating with the new stamps and color hues. We will have the catalog and some of the new stamps for sale.
