Love Story, Make It & Take It, Shimmer & Shine Techniques, Mulberry/Paper Weaving

Friday, May 13 - Love Story with Kelly Kilmer from 11:30 - 3:30. Cost is $70.00. Your journal should be all about YOU. It should tell YOUR story. In this workshop, you will create a uniquely sewn journal upon whose pages your story will be told in color, text and imagery. Learn a multitude of collage layering techniques, journal prompts, pen work and more. You will love this journal that is completely and totally all about you and your life. Supply list: Scissors, small selection of favorite collage ephemera, bone folder, cork back metal ruler, roll of waxed paper, roll of paper towels, permanent black ink pad, container to hold water, 3 1" brushes to glue (I like chip or bristle brushes), a few of your favorite glue sticks, bottle of tacky glue.

Friday, May 13 - Make It & Take It with Linda Forrest from 6:30 to 8:30. Cost is $5.00 each project. Come on in and join us and you'll have fun.

Saturday, May 14 -Shimmer and Shine Techniques with Gayle Smith from 10:30 - 4:30. Lunch break from 12:30 - 1:30. Cost is $50.00. This is the cover of a beautifully shimmery pocket tag book. Here is one of the tags. Yes, you can see the shine and shimmer in this photo, but the photo doesn't come near to picking up all the shimmer and shine when looking at the book in real life. This class will teach you several techniques on how to use the products Smooch, Smooch Spritz, and Color Box Chalks, all from Clearsnap. And if that is not enough shimmer and shine, add some of the new Donna Salazar Glitter to sparkle it up even more. The book consist of 3 5.5 x 5.5 pockets with tags inside, plus 2 additional tags.

Sunday, May 15 - Mulberry/Paper Weaving #6 - Lori Lai from 12:15 - 4:15. Cost is $50.00. Supplies List - water brush, regular tape, personal paper trimmer, small "x"- xyron sticker maker (if you own one), paper piercer, foam mounting tape, double sided tape, bone folder, pencil/eraser, scissors, adhesive tape runner (such as Mono adhesive) or any other Basic Stamping Kit. If you have Momento Marker or any of the Momento Pads, please bring them to class.
