Fun Classes This Week (Dec.7 - Dec 11)

Wednesday, Dec. 7 - A Card Making Class starting at 6:30PM, you can come on in and make one or two and then go home and make some more to send out for Christmas or the Holidays. We will be doing this Wed., Nov. 30, Wed., Dec. 7, and Wed., Dec. 14. It will be a fun way of making Christmas cards and you will still have time to send them out to the special ones that you want to send handcrafted cards.

Friday, Dec. 9 - Make It & Take It with Gayle Smith from 6;30 - 8:30. $5 per project. Come and see what fun things Gayle has in store for us this evening--she always has fun projects.

Saturday, Dec 10 - My Favorite Things with Rebekka of Dreamweaver from 10:30 - 12:30. Cost is $40.00. This is one classes you wont want to miss! It is a great way to end a year of crafting with Dreamweaver Stencils and start a New year off right, maybe with a new favorite technique of your own.  We will be creating with some of my favorite products like Metallic FX, Metallic Pant sticks, etc and some of my techniques like embossing ink transfer, metallic leafing, etc. With so much fun to be had, we will not be assembling cards in class. Bring lots of luck there will be drawings.  Supply List: 5 small (1/8) stencil brushes for coloring and 1 large brush (1/2 or 3/4) and your basic tools.

Saturday, Dec 10 - Faux Cloisonne with Rebbekka of Dreamweaver from 2 - 4. Cost is $40.00. This technique utilizes pigment inks, embossing paste and embossing powder. It is always a class guaranteed to amaze and inspire. Because this class is technique based there will be Multiple stencil choices available.  Supply List: 5 small (1/8) brushes and your basic tools (scissors, paper trimmer and adhesive).  You will have the opportunity to create multiple images, we will not be assembling cards in class.


Sunday, Dec. 11 - Sanctuary Journal with Kelly Kilmer from 12:30 - 4:30. Cost is $70.00. Work big, work fast (but not too fast) and work across the fold in this book created and bound by you! We’ll start by assembling this journal with a new and unique stitch! We’ll spread out across the page, creating luscious two page spreads learning new collage techniques as we work. Combine a multitude of ephemera and your own style to create uniquely blended, layered and richly colored, personal journal pages.

Supply list: Scissors, small selection of favorite collage ephemera, bone folder, cork back metal ruler, roll of waxed paper, roll of paper towels, permanent black inkpad, container to hold water, 1" brushes to glue (I like chip or bristle brushes), a few of your favorite glue sticks.
