Sunday, April 1 - Focus on Pigment Ink with Carol Hoesly from 12:30 - 4. Cost is $35.00. Learn about characteristics of Pigment Inks, and techniques that feature best use! Complete a variety of take-home sample with a pages of information, comparison sample and technique instruction.

Friday, April 6 - Card Making Nite from 6:30 - 8:30. Cost is $7.00. come on in and learn how to make this triangle card. You get to pick out your paper to make this card and you'll go home with instruction.

Saturday, April 7 - Big Shot Class with Gayle Smith from 10:30 - 2:30. Cost is $50.00. You'll be going home with 4 beautiful Spring cards. Bring your big shot machine and your standard stamping kit. If you don't have a big shot that is ok.

Tuesday, April 10 - Calligraphy Class #1 with DeAnn Singh from 7 to 9. This the first day of the 10 or 6 week class. Friday, April 13 - FUNdamentals of Texture with Kelly Kilmer from 11:30 - 3:30. Cost is $70.00. Who says that you can only use paint to create texture? In this class you will create a multitude of backgrounds (sans paint) while exploring hands on various texture techniques. Be prepared to layer, learn and have fun in this with a variety of mediums. The possibilities are endless and I will teach you everything I know while putting the FUN in the fundamentals of texture!

Supply list: journal (or the instructor will have paper for you to work on), scissors, small selection of favorite collage ephemera, bone folder, cork back metal ruler, roll of waxed paper, roll of paper towels, permanent black inkpad, container to hold water, 1" brushes to glue (I like chip or bristle brushes), a few of your favorite glue sticks.

Friday, April 13 - Make It and Take It From 6:30 - 8:30. Cost is $5.00 each project. Come and see what fun thing in store for you.

Saturday, April 14 - Extravaganza from 8:30 to 5:00. Cost is $95.00. Breakfast is at 8:45 and the first set of classes starts at 9:15, lunch will be from 12:30 to 1:30, next set of classes starts at 1:45. Our teachers for this Extravaganza are Richard Bouchereau, Linda Forest, Lori Lai and Gayle Smith. We all have a great time learning new techniques, breaking bread with one another, getting our goody bags, winning prizes and enjoying ourselves. There are some fun new projects in the making. Come and have fun with us. So call and make your reservation.

Sunday, April 15 - Mix It Up with Rebekka Behunin from 10:30-1:00.   Cost is $35. You will learn the do's & don'ts of paste mixing. You will also explore the fun technique of Sludge Pasting.  You will have the opportunity to create many unique to your images. We will also be learning a power pasting technique. You will create 5 cards with the same image and two other cards. Supply List: adhesive and a paper trimmer so we can assemble your cards.

Sunday, April 15 - Creating with Stampee Foils with Rebekka Behunin from 2:00-4:30.  Cost is $35.  You will be learning some fun techniques with this unique product. Stampee Foils add that extra detail to make your project spaarkle.  We will be pasting with Dreamweaver Embossing paste, coloring with pigment inks, and embossing with the Big Shot. Supply List: 5 stencil brushes for coloring, scissors, adhesive, and a paper trimmer. Please sign up at the latest, Saturday by noon, so she can prepare.

Supplies List: versafine black, versamark pad, regular tape, personal paper trimmer, small "x"- xyron sticker maker (if you own one), paper piercer, foam mounting tape, double sided tape, bone folder, pencil/eraser, scissors, adhesive tape runner (such as Mono adhesive) or any other Basic Stamping Kit

Thursday, April 26 - Art from the Heart from 6:30 - 8:30. We are going to try something new so come on in and bring your stamping kit with you. If you like to make cards we will do that, if you like ATC's we will do that also. Come on in and let's have some fun.

Saturday, April 28 - TBA - Wendy Poma from 10:30 - 2. Cost is $40.00. Wendy is always such fun to take a class from and her books are beautiful and such fun to journal, sketch or give as a gift to someone. All materials are provided by Wendy.

 

Sunday, April 29 - Wanderlust with Kelly Kilmer from 12:30 - 4:30. Cost is $70.00 Looks can be deceiving. Create this surprisingly complex looking by quite easy journal with pages that flip and fold up and out. You’ve probably never seen anything like this before! The journal is also small enough to slip into your bag for on the go art journaling (I’ve worked in it on a plane, in a car, etc…) After we construct the journal, we will dive deep onto the pages spilling layers of color, texture, pattern, journaling and more. Walk out with your head spinning full of ideas and inspiration!
